CONFIRMATION AND DELIVERY TIMES
When you complete your purchase, you will be sent a confirmation email specifying the content of the order you have just placed.
Once your payment has been processed correctly, we will send your order by parcel and you will receive an email with the tracking number. With this number you can easily follow their status through their page, via WhatsApp or through their Messenger service.
Delivery time is 2 to 7 days from when you receive the email with your tracking number. Take into account that this time may be slightly longer in certain areas of the country that the parcel service has called “extended areas”.
RETURNS
If an item is not to your liking or does not fit, don't worry: you can request a return by visiting our Returns Center .
You must provide us with some information: your order number, the email with which you made the purchase and the reason why you wish to make the return.
Once we have verified the information you provided us, you will receive a shipping guide for returning the item.
The return of the package may take up to 4 days. We will refund the item within 72 hours of receiving the return.
Important: although we make the refund, it may take up to 10 days to be reflected in your account due to your bank's policies.
