Personal data collected by WAYNE TECH S.A. DE C.V and the non-processing of sensitive personal data

These are the personal data, whether identification and/or financial and/or professional, provided by you directly or through any means of contact and/or public online connection forum related to: (i) the services provided by WAYNE TECH S.A. DE C.V, administrative and various services in general (hereinafter and jointly referred to as the "Services") and (ii) any other data collected from time to time due to the provision of the Services. WAYNE TECH S.A. DE C.V does not collect or process sensitive personal data.

Primary purposes

WAYNE TECH S.A. DE C.V will process your personal data to carry out any or all activities necessary to fulfill the obligations that arise and derive from the contractual and/or commercial relationship of the provision of Services, invoicing, and collection.

Secondary purposes

WAYNE TECH S.A. DE C.V will process your personal data to carry out any or all secondary purposes such as informing you about the launch or changes of new products, goods, services, promotions, and/or offers according to your interests; conducting studies on consumption habits and market, as well as for any other activity aimed at promoting, maintaining, improving, and evaluating the Services. If you do not wish WAYNE TECH S.A. DE C.V to process your personal data for such secondary purposes, please send an email to datospersonales@mascaradelatex.com. You may change your option at any time.

Means and procedure for exercising ARCO Rights and/or revoking consent for the processing of personal data

You or your legal representative may exercise any of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition (hereinafter "ARCO Rights"), as well as revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data by sending an email to the Personal Data Department of WAYNE TECH S.A. DE C.V at datospersonales@mascaradelatex.com, where you will be attended to in a timely manner.

Your request must be made through the Unique Form for the Exercise of ARCO Rights, Revocation of Consent and/or Limitation of the Use or Disclosure of Personal Data (hereinafter the "Form") which is available on our page and contains all the elements to be able to attend to your request according to the regulations. For the Personal Data Department of WAYNE TECH S.A. DE C.V to follow up on your request, you or your legal representative must correctly prove your identity, for which it is necessary to complete all the fields indicated in the Form and accompany it with a copy of one of the valid official identifications indicated therein.

In the event that the information provided in the Form is erroneous or insufficient, or if the corresponding accreditation documents are not attached, the Personal Data Department of WAYNE TECH S.A. DE C.V, within five (5) working days following the receipt of the request, may request you to provide the necessary elements or documents to process it. You will have ten (10) working days to respond to the request, counted from the day after you received it. If no response is given within that period, the corresponding request will be considered as not submitted.

The Personal Data Department of WAYNE TECH S.A. DE C.V will communicate the decision adopted, within a maximum period of twenty (20) working days counted from the date the request was received, so that, if it proceeds, it will be made effective within fifteen (15) working days following the communication of the response. The response will be sent electronically to the email address specified in the Form.

Options and means to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data

You may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by sending your request to the Personal Data Department of WAYNE TECH S.A. DE C.V at datospersonales@mascaradelatex.com. The requirements to prove your identity, as well as the procedure to attend to your request, will be governed by the same criteria indicated in the previous section. If your request is successful, the Personal Data Department of WAYNE TECH S.A. DE C.V will register it in WAYNE TECH S.A. DE C.V's own exclusion list so that you stop receiving our promotions.

SHIPPING

Due to high demand for orders, shipments will begin shipping on May 27. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

 

We reserve the right to cancel any order without prior notice for any reason the company deems.

We also reserve the right to stop the purchase at any of its steps (purchase in physical stores, online and in the app), processing or shipping under suspicion of fraud or any other anomaly. This includes the detection of an apocryphal payment, or if the identity of the buyer or recipient of the purchase does not match that of the owner of the payment method (online wallet, credit or debit card or other electronic or physical means).

 

    RETURNS

    • You have 30 days from receiving your purchase to request an exchange or return.
    • Any item can be returned if it has its original labels and/or packaging. Items must be in the same condition as they were received. They should show no signs of use, washing or damage.
    • Shipping cost is not refundable.

    REFUNDS

    • Refunds are applied to the original payment method or through gift cards, which can be used to purchase in our online store.
    • If you request a refund in store with a payment method other than cash, it may take between 5 and 10 business days to be reflected in your account.

    CANCEL OR MODIFY YOUR ORDER

    • If you wish to cancel, add or change items in your order before it is shipped, you can do so up to two hours after payment is confirmed. After that time, the order will be processed.

    IF YOU PURCHASED IN THE ONLINE STORE

    • Enter our Returns Center and do the following:
      • Enter your email and order number.
      • Select the items you will return.
      • Choose if you want to receive a gift card or a refund.
      • Indicate the way in which you will deliver the merchandise to us:
        • Take to a parcel branch
        • Receive a parcel courier at your home
        • Go to one of our stores .
      • If you return by parcel, we will send you a guide and return instructions.
      • If you go to a store, don't forget to bring your order number.

    IF YOU PURCHASED IN OUR PHYSICAL STORES

    • Take the items to any of our stores , presenting your purchase receipt.
    • Choose if you want to make a model or size change, or a refund
