Means and procedure for exercising ARCO Rights and/or revocation of consent for the processing of personal data

You or your legal representative may exercise any of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition (hereinafter "ARCO Rights"), as well as revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data by sending an email to the Personal Data Department of WAYNE TECH S.A. DE C.V at datospersonales@mascaradelatex.com, where you will be assisted in a timely manner.

Your request must be made through the Single Form for Exercising ARCO Rights, Revocation of Consent, and/or Limitation of Use or Disclosure of Personal Data (hereinafter the "Form") which is available on our website and contains all the elements to process your request in accordance with the regulations. For the Personal Data Department of WAYNE TECH S.A. DE C.V to follow up on your request, you or your legal representative must correctly prove your identity, for which it is necessary to complete all the fields indicated in the Form and attach a copy of one of the current official identifications listed therein.

In the event that the information provided in the Form is erroneous or insufficient, or if the corresponding accreditation documents are not attached, the Personal Data Department of WAYNE TECH S.A. DE C.V, within five (5) business days following the receipt of the request, may require you to provide the necessary elements or documents to process it. You will have ten (10) business days to comply with the requirement, counted from the day after you received it. If no response is provided within this period, the corresponding request will be considered not submitted.

The Personal Data Department of WAYNE TECH S.A. DE C.V will communicate the decision made within a maximum period of twenty (20) business days counted from the date the request was received, so that, if appropriate, it can be made effective within fifteen (15) business days following the communication of the response. The response will be sent electronically to the email address specified in the Form.

Options and means to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data

You may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by sending your request to the Personal Data Department of WAYNE TECH S.A. DE C.V at datospersonales@mascaradelatex.com. The requirements for proving your identity, as well as the procedure for processing your request, will be governed by the same criteria indicated in the previous section.
